Networking and Arts Project Manager
Brittany is a third generation Bay-Area native. As someone who’s family migrated to the Bay Area from the Deep South during the Great Migration era, she feels especially called towards the struggles and stories of new and old immigrants in terms of identity expression. She has lived and organized in the Mission District of San Francisco for three years. Organizing with and for community organizations and boards such as USM (United to Save the Mission) and formerly Impact Hub SF’s Community Benefits Board. Her work primarily focuses on preserving the arts and artists within the Bay Area, especially the art of disenfranchised populations.
Her work focuses on defining organizational mission and goals through larger group facilitations, aligning career pursuits with purpose. She also specialized in event production producing local events for projects such as MAPP (Mission Arts Performance Project) and fundraising events for La Diaspora.
